Costs

The costs of our bureau are fully recoverable from the party that is responsible for the damages. This is ensured by Dutch law, because our costs are a result of your damages, for which you are entitled to compensation.

If you are unsure as to whether another party can be found liable, or if you suspect they are only partly so, we will gladly discuss the matter with you, free of charge.

In some exceptional cases, it might be possible to work on a no-cure-no-pay basis.

To ensure a speedy settlement of our client’s case, we have agreements in place with most insurance companies. Despite the abovementioned law, debates sometimes do arise about the costs of representation. However, our agreements with insurers prevent any unnecessary delay that these debates might cause.
